Update 3: I went yesterday to address my lifted nail. The girl at the front was extremely nice & helpful. I went to a different lady (not Christine) & she “fixed my nail”. It’s much thicker & longer than the rest of my other nails. The nice young lady tried for 20 mins to find the matching gel polish & couldn’t find it, so that nail just stands out & not in a good way! Another lady came over & suggested they paint another finger on my other hand that color so it don’t look as weird…EPIC FAIL! Now I have 2 weird nails! The new nail tech lady put alcohol on all my nails & put a new gel layer on all 10 fingers to try & fix the sticky problem. (That was nice of her). Anyway, I told them (& u could see it all over my face) I WASNT happy with my nails!! It was closing time so it was just dismissed. My nails are all starting to lift & crack around the edges!!! It looks like I’ve have them on for a month when I’ve only had them 9 days!!! I really want to go back today & get this addressed! I paid $55 & deserve well done nails! On the other hand, I might just cut my loses & Not go back again! Update update: I went 9 days ago to get my fill & yesterday my nail lifted!! I’ve never seen a gel nail lift like a glued press on nail!!! Unbelievable! Also, everything has been sticking to my nails! They are very sticky! I don’t know what happened this time but I’m not happy 🥲 I do love the design tho!! UPDATE: I WENT BACK AGAIN TODAY (sat 6/17/23) & I HAD CHRISTINA!!! She did an AMAZING JOB!!!! No wait time & she took her time!!! I LOVE LOVE LOVE MY NAILS!!! She will be my nail tech going forward!!! (See 4th & 5th photo) ❤️ I was so scared to go here because of all the terrible reviews but I’m glad I went!!! I had a great gel pedicure. I paid the extra $5 for them to scrub my calluses (worth it) The total price came to $55. (Gel pedi & scrub). The polish color is pretty but I can already see pieces that are gonna chip. I’m not worried about that though because the owner said come back free of charge if there is chipping or anything breaks. Then I got my nails done by ANNA. She did an awesome job. I gave her a picture of what I wanted & I love the way they turned out. I paid $55 for a full set of gel & 10 designed figures! It’s crazy my nails & toes were the same price when my nails took soooo much longer! I also wish I knew about the spa pedicure because I would have gotten that for the same price!!!! I only found out about it because a lovely couple came in & got it! Anyway…The language barrier was hard, but they have a lovely girl Amanda who works there & helps translate 💖 I was there 4 hours! That’s why I deducted a star. It was very long! My overall experience was very pleasant! I really think people should give this place another try!!

Yeni and her daughter did a wonderful job on my nails! They both have great artistic talent and are perfectionist at what they do! I always get so many compliments on my nails when I get them done here. Very nice staff as well and great prices. I recommend all my friends to go here

Very great customer service from the moment I stepped in. Paola did an absolutely amazing job with me and my manicure. She was gentle and didn’t leave my fingers sore from the cuticle care. I also appreciated how even though there was a language barrier between clients and workers, I overheard nobody talking poorly about clients or other coworkers. The ONLY minor issue with my experience was that I didn’t know their system was down until the end of my visit, so I had to pay with cash and wasn’t prepared. Luckily they have an ATM right there and I could take out cash. I highly recommend Paola for your next manicure and make sure to bring enough cash for your service and a tip! Thank you Pro Nails for giving me a great experience after about 4 years of not getting my nails professionally done :,)
