They always do a great job this was my Valentines design. 😀 Helen is by far the best at designs and I came in literally right before closing and they still saw me and took there time doing my nails and my feet. Any design I show Helen she makes it happen, I will never go anywhere else.

I have been here twice each time I was able to sit right down and get service, the service is great and you get asked how you like your nails as they are doing it, my nails last very long and the attention to detail while they are doing your nails is amazing. 100% recommend this wonderful nail salon ☺️

I moved to Hagerstown in May 2025 and was looking for a nail technician. My roommate and I decided to try Professio Nails, and Tee was my tech; she did amazing! I absolutely love her work. Her French tips are so perfectly aligned and clean. She does both my pedicures and manicures, and I 100% recommend her!
