I've met with Rouzanna for 2 sessions and she is AMAZING! Not only does she explain the procedure at the beginning of each appointment, but she is super patient! I appreciate that she gives me all the breaks I need and doesn't make me feel bad for doing so. I would strongly recommend Rouxanna for anyone who feels nervous about getting treatments done, or is looking for someone who is compassionate and patient during your appointment.

I came in for a touchup for laser Hair removal and they were so great and professional. They didn’t just target where there was hair growth, but the entire area for a 15 minute touchup. They are so professional it’s so clean and their prices are amazing. Rouzanna was so sweet and educated about the treatment as well.

I love coming to ProLase Glendale….I drive from Orange County to them because the staff and the way they treat me is well worth it aside from the great deals of course! I usually have Katherine take care of me but this time I had Katiana and she was excellent. Both Katherine and Katiana take care of me and make sure I leave satisfied with the service I got before I leave. The staff who checks you in is very patient, friendly and welcoming.
