Painless and effective treatment for hair removal! I have done 6 sessions and notice a substantial improvement. Front desk is friendly and they are always flexible with scheduling. Have had an overall good experience with all the nurses. Highly recommend Anahit, she was amazing. She made me feel comfortable and really took her time during my session.

I cannot recommend Agapeh enough for laser hair removal! I have seen incredible results since starting my sessions with her. I’ve been coming to Prolase Sherman Oaks for my treatments and the experience has been consistently great. Claudia who does my treatments, is just amazing. She’s always positive, smiling, and brings good energy to every appointment. She makes you feel comfortable, explains things clearly, and I honestly won’t book with anyone else - I always ask for her. Dolores at the front desk is just as great. She’s welcoming, funny, and sets the tone the moment you walk in. Scheduling is easy and the overall vibe of the clinic is friendly and professional. As a former aesthetic nurse, I know how overwhelming it can be to find a good laser provider in the Valley and how often results can fall short. I’m so glad I found Prolase, and I always schedule with Agapeh. Agapeh makes me feel comfortable at every appointment. She takes the time to educate me, listens to my concerns, addresses them thoughtfully, and makes the treatment as easy and painless as possible, especially when treating more sensitive areas. She brings great energy and care while maintaining true professionalism. I highly recommend her. They use a Candela laser, which is effective and fairly comfortable, and I’ve had consistently great results. Parking can be tricky, but that’s pretty typical for Ventura Blvd. Overall, solid spot.

I literally drive so far when I have so many laser treatments right next to my house. This one is definitely by far the best and their prices are reasonable. I have tried other laser hair removal places and their prices are astronomical or they hide Their prices and then surprise you with a huge bill when you come in for a treatment Prolase is to the point and you can see their prices online which I love. The facility is clean and beautiful and everyone who works here is so nice. I have been coming here for years and never had any issues. The parking is a little frustrating. I will say because there’s not that many spaces to park at, but overall this place is a win. I’ve tried many different nurses for my laser hair removal, treatment treatments, and they are all great but today I had Nurse Agapeh and she was amazing. She was very thorough, friendly and help distract me during my treatments. I got the underarm laser hair removal, leg and Brazilian (which also includes the inside butt area). As a person of color, this place is the only place I will trust to do my laser hair removal as I am African-American with light brown skin. 10/10
