I had my first appointment at Pure Indulgence Chermside for IPL to reduce the appearance of broken capillaries around my face and nose, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Chloe was absolutely wonderful - she made me feel comfortable and reassured from the moment I arrived. She explained the entire process clearly and thoroughly walked me through the aftercare, which I really appreciated. I was amazed to see visible results after just one session! I’m so impressed that I’ve already booked my next appointment. Highly recommend Chloe if you’re considering IPL treatment.

I booked the Pure Indulgence package with Emma N, and I’m so glad I did! She has such a calming touch, and every part of the treatment from the cleanse to the exfoliation, facial microdermabrasion, relaxing massage, and mask was absolutely luxurious and lovely. Emma took the time to explain each step in a gentle, easygoing way, which made me feel really comfortable the whole time. She really knows how to make the experience so relaxing and enjoyable. I left feeling refreshed, pampered, and glowing. Highly recommended!

About 8 weeks ago, I visited the shop enquiring about the Dermarlogica melano pro peel system. I explained my skin concerns. I asked if the peel would address those concerns, and I was assured that it would. The lady that I saw then asked to assess my skin through their imaging system (I have done this in the past so I know how they should be used) but their machine ran out of battery before she finished taking the images, so the right and left side of my face were not imaged (and that is where I had the most concerns). She said she would charge it and then take the images. I then made a booking for a few days later and paid $750 for the peel. When I attended the shop for the peel, I asked if she was going to image my face so we could track progress and they would be able to better see and understand my skin concerns. I was ignored, and she proceeded with applying the mask (in hindsight, I should have just left at this point). When she was giving me after-care instructions, it became evident that she was not well-versed on the product; she kept having to go ask someone else, or took long pauses to read through the instruction manual, which I could have done myself. I have now finished the treatment, and my skin did not improve at all. If anything, my problem areas got worse, and I am now having to pay more money to fix the issues. I believe if I were given a proper consultation, they would have been able to recommend other treatments that might have better addressed my concerns. I will not be returning. Update- I received a call from the new manager, Bridget, and she asked me to come in for a complimentary consultation. I attended around the 2nd of December, and my consult was with Penny, who took her time to understand my concerns and took photographs of my skin, and prepared a plan to help my skin get its glow back. I was happy with the service I got this time around. Thanks Team

Stacey did an amazing job for my teen’s first brow wax. She was so patient and gentle, and shaped them beautifully without taking too much off. Thank you Stacey! We will be back to see you again soon.
