The first time I visited, I wasn’t happy with the quality of my nails — there were some structure issues, and although I didn’t speak up at the time (like many of us, I wanted to avoid an uncomfortable conversation), my dislike for them only grew once I got home. I decided to go back two days later with my receipt, and to my surprise, they recognized me right away without even needing it! I quietly asked to speak with someone to avoid making a scene, and the staff immediately sat me down and began fixing them without hesitation. Le took amazing care of me. She walked me through every step, checked in often to make sure I was happy, and her attention to detail is absolutely unmatched. You can tell she’s confident in her work in the best way — she made me feel completely at ease and in good hands. They only charged me the small difference for an add-on to my new set, and not once did I feel like a burden. I truly appreciate how professionally and kindly they handled everything. I left feeling so much happier, and my nails look phenomenal!
