I was a later in the evening walk in, received a really wonderful experience regardless 😊 both techs were very welcoming and warm and the lady that did my nails went above and beyond making sure my nails were in great shape. She even custom mixed two polishes to create a really lovely fall time cat eye color. I really enjoyed having my nail needs taken care of at Q Nails.

My experience at this salon was absolutely fantastic. My daughter and I went to get our nails done and they probably did the best job out of all nail salons I've been to in the Tri-Cities. It is a bit of a wait, because there are only 2 employees that I imagine are the owners, but the quality is absolutely worth it. My daughter wanted a specific design and they did their absolute best to replicate the design she picked out. We felt pampered every step of the way. This will probably be our new nail salon for sure!!
