We had such a wonderful experience today! Karan did my daughter’s nails and they came out absolutely beautiful. Tony did my nails, and I cannot say enough good things about his work. I’ve never had anyone get short, pointy nails just right—but he nailed it (literally 😄). Even though we came in pretty close to closing, the customer service was exemplary. No one rushed us, no shortcuts were taken, and the patience shown was truly appreciated. And then there’s Andy—he completely stole the show. From the moment he started, he was so kind and conversational, constantly checking in and letting me know, “Please tell me if I’m hurting you or if there’s anything you don’t like.” That level of care is rare. He took his time, listened to my feedback, and truly brought my vision to life. You could tell he genuinely cared about the outcome and my comfort. Overall, the entire customer experience was warm, professional, and lovely. This is the kind of place that makes you want to come back again and again.
