I got my first facial at this location today and WOW! What a relaxing experience. I'm a guy so it's not really my first instinct to get talked into a complementary facial but I'm glad I did. Everyone in the store was very friendly and informative without being pushy or aggressive with their sales approach. Extra kudos to the staff for handling an extremely rude customer with grace and finesse. I could hear this dissatisfied lady trying to provoke an argument and acting extremely entitled, it was a little unsettling but they stayed professional and polite during the whole exchange.
