I have been coming to queens hairs braiding since I moved to Austin 14 years ago. I will never go to anyone else. The customer service is top tier and she always has an assortment of hair to choose from. I always leave with the exact style I wanted. I would highly recommend making an appointment. They accept walk-ins but making an appointment is faster and less waiting. ♥️♥️

I haven't been to the braid salon in quite sometime. I walked in and the place was clean and the temperature was fitting. Mommy the owner immediately greeted me and asked what I would like. She let me know the price had increased which I wasn't aware of but being a regular she didn't turn me away. Gratitude. I wanted gray at the top of my crown but they were out. A hour in someone else assisted her and she went out bought the grey hair as required. She went and beyond. Appreciated. The atmosphere was quite and professional. Each time someone entered there we're greeted and asked and explained the services to be rendered and seated at a station. This location is professional and determined to get you in and out in a timely manner. Mommy you get a 5 star on your exemplary service alone. Thank you.
