I recently moved to Bayside and came across this gorgeous, Manhattan style salon. It’s big, very spacious and absolutely perfect. I don’t remember the name of the girl who did my hair, but she was the sweetest person ever. I think her name was Veronica, she sits 3rd chair from the entrance. She paid so much attention to detail and did EXACTLY what I wanted. Check out my hair. It literally speaks for itself. 10/10.

This was my first time at R&L Salon. Veronica was very kind and really listened to what I wanted. I got a new look — she did a great job! I’ll be seeing her again for a color change as well. She’s a wonderful person, and I highly recommend her to anyone.

After 30 years with the same salon I decided I needed a change I read many positive reviews from R & L Salon & thought I’d give it a try! As soon as I walked in I was pleasantly greeted & introduced to Olga. She was amazing, she did exactly what we spoke about! I had two processes roots & foil, cut & blow. Olga did a fabulous job! From now on they will be my go to Salon & I already recommended my friends to try them! Most important their prices are fair & affordable!

Olga is really good at color and highlights! Leo is very nice to deal with and great doing hair! I would highly recommend this hair salon! My hair always comes out amazing and every time I leave the salon I feel like a brand new person! If you are interested in a fresh, new cut and style, definetly check this salon out! Great for blow outs, touch ups, coloring, cuts, and more!
