I had an AMAZING experience. Anna did a great job doing my nails. She’s probably the most gentle I’ve had someone at a salon do my nails before. I had no uncomfortable feeling when she trimmed my cuticles and she did a great job at fulfilling my requests. I did not feel like I was asking too much from her or being a burden when asking her to fix something. She did perfectly. Thanks Anna !

Tina, Joy, and Kelly were all so kind, welcoming, and patient. They really took their time and made sure everything was perfect. My nails came out FIRE 🔥 I’m beyond happy with the results. The attention to detail, the care, and the overall vibe of the salon were top tier. I never felt rushed and felt genuinely taken care of. Highly recommend R Concept Nails if you want great service and amazing results. I’ll definitely be back!

I love going to R Concept to get my nails done. The salon is beautiful and clean. Customer service is great and the technicians are talented. I personally see Kelly for my nails. She is amazing at designs but I can say everyone there is. Some may say there price is a little high but the treatment and service you get explains it all. I am never disappointed.

From the time I walked into the establishment to the time I walked out, everything was amazing . The service was kind and caring. The place was neat and clean. The owner and staff are so sweet. Anna did my nails and feet . Kelly did my massage. Everything was wonderful. I am glad I tried them out I will definitely come back !

They were very welcoming Everyone’s was calming and pleasant. The use of the English language was very comforting considerate and professional. The aesthetics of the spa are very nice and beautiful and most of all clean. Even the towels used are clean and nice looking. The foot massage could’ve have been a lot better though but oh well next time because I am looking forward to booking my next service soon…. 10 out of 10….Welcome to the neighborhood
