Everytime, I visit Rain spa for a service, it's exceptional service. From the moment I walked in, the receptionist greeted me with a big Good morning. Her energy and customer service was great. What can I say about my masseuse Carmen, she is PHONEMONAL. She is warm, inviting, personable and has a great spirit. I will always come back to Rain Spa and Carmen will be my masseuse. She's the best. Thank you, Sherese Reddick

My wife and I came here for a couple of pre-wedding treatments, and WOW. We simply could not have had a better visit. She did a facial, I got a massage, and then we visited the salt cave — a last-minute request that the staff was more than willing to accommodate. The facility is beautiful and the staff is excellent. We will be returning when we are in town to visit family.
