I had Terri-Louise do my hair today and I am blown away! She is so talented and has such care for her clients. Absolutely nailed my design brief and I cannot stop looking at my hair (it’s never looked this good)! Not to mention the entire team are so lovely, chatty, comfortable and efficient. Giorgia did an up do for me on my daughter’s wedding day. I was nervous. She listened, understood and completely got what I wanted perfectly. An elegant and timeless style that held all day (and night) I had so many compliments. Gigi is a very talented hairdresser and I will keep her on speed dial for all future occasions. First time going to Rakis on Collins and what an absolutely wonderful experience it was. Not only are you greeted warmly by staff but the level of attention to detail, attentiveness and professionalism is exemplary. Thank you Susie for the beautiful service I received today. She is delightful to deal with and extremely knowledgeable when it comes to colour and cut. A very happy client! Further adding to this post, I Recently saw Tonia ( who is also lovely to deal with ) for foils, gloss and a haircut, she is incredible with blonde colour and hair cuts. She listened to what I asked and was spot on with the service rendered. Thank you!

Terri-Louise you’re a weapon!!! 👑 I actually went in a week before my actual appointment just to show her my hair and some inspo photos and from that moment, I knew I was in good hands. I told her straight up: “I’m very plain and simple, haven’t done anything with my hair in months, and I need someone who’s confident to take the lead and play around with it.” In the past, I’ve had hairdressers turn me away because of my hair type or the inspiration photos I showed them. But not Terri. She was a complete professional, kind, honest, and incredibly reassuring throughout the process. She explained everything clearly and took the time to make sure I felt comfortable with every step. And let me tell you… what a brilliant job she’s done. I couldn’t be happier with the result. Highly recommend Terri-Louise to anyone looking for someone who truly knows their craft and isn’t afraid to get creative. As for Rakis at Collins, the whole experience was a dream. It felt like the ultimate “I’m going to pamper myself” moment. The space is gorgeous, the staff are super friendly and professional, and the vibe is just right.
