First time at Randolph’s in a year or so and first time with Chelsea. Excellent experience from the front desk to the chair! The receptionist sent a text saying I could come early if I was able to. I did! I had such a great discussion with Chelsea about color and extensions, I scheduled my next appointment already. Comfort and satisfaction level = 10. I’m looking forward to going back.
