RaNew Salon is a community. From stylists to estheticians, they welcome new clients and make you feel at home. So fun to see the results of new hairstyles as you enjoy your appointment. . Rachel matched the exact color I was looking for and cuts my hair in a style that works for me! Recently had a facial with Galen—one of the best I have ever had. The facial massage? The best ever. Highly recommend! She uses local Farmaesthetics products. Annia, Luba and Ellie give wonderful pedicures. They are busy! I have enjoyed pedicures from all three of them. If you are looking for a new salon, call and schedule a visit. You’ll be glad you did.

This review is overdue! I traveled to Newport from San Diego, CA for a black tie wedding taking place on a Sunday and had been calling around to salons to see if there was availability for hair and makeup. Unfortunately, most salons are not opened on Sundays and the one that I did find that was, was already fully booked for the day. Enter *RaNew* In my initial outreach I learned RaNew is not open on Sundays, but due to the high demand, Queen Jackie, so graciously offered helped me and another wedding guest look and feel our best. I had a hair style in mind (my heart was set on it) and was advised by my San Diego hair artist to send photos to Jackie in advance as I have long and very thick hair, so it likely would take longer than the appointment originally allowed. This proved to be a good move because Jackie confirmed that we would indeed need more time. When I arrived, I was immediately welcomed by Jackie. She took a Quick Look at my hair and got right to work. We had the most wonderful conversation and learned we had so much in common- after all, my hair was going to take awhile so it was nice to collaborate with someone super cool. Jackie did an incredible job on my hair and makeup, it was EXACTLY what I envisioned. And to top it off a huge storm was to roll in the next day, so it was very windy during the wedding and my hair did not move. I never left the dance floor and my makeup survived so much sweat. So many kudos to Jackie for her magic hands and art and thanks to RaNew for giving her the space to be her most creative self. I recommend Jackie and RaNew to anyone looking to feel and look amazing for a special occasion.

Isabell M. did great! I’m very particular about who does my hair because it is so thick and wild however, I was in a crunch and decided to just go with it. Isabell did not disappoint! My hair came out so nice after a blowout, cut, & shampoo. I’ll def go back.

This review is long overdue, but I can't forget to give a shoutout to Galen! I saw Galen for waxing services and she always did a phenomenal job! She is so kind and welcoming, immediately puts you at ease, and is so fun to chat with. I highly recommend Galen for any waxing needs!
