We had such a wonderful experience ! The staff were so patient and friendly with my son, who usually gets nervous about haircuts. They made him feel completely comfortable — His haircut turned out perfect, exactly what we wanted. RAY IS THE MAN! He really knows how to make you feel comfortable and really listens to the needs of the customer. His attention to detail is incredible. He won’t rest until Every single hair is perfectly in place. He’s funny and entraining and makes the experience that much better. Recommended by a friend who’s been going there since he was a kid, and I can see why. I called about getting a quick shape-up and was told to just come in. Joe took care of me right away and fixed up the back in about 5 minutes, exactly what I needed. Then Ray, the owner, told me not to worry about it and didn’t charge me at all — just said to take care of Joe. Really appreciated the kindness and professionalism. Great people, great service.
