I was driving around in circles, saw the shop, and thought I'd check it out because I've always wanted to, but I hate going into a barbershop I've never been to because they're usually uncomfortable, rude, don't like walk-ins, and/or ignore you. This shop, though, has a different vibe when it comes to customer service. Great place to get a cut, but it also has a community feel, and the barbers are like no other barbers in the city! Kind, welcoming—like no other shop I've been to here in National City. I was a walk-in, and they greeted me right away and set me up with my new barber, Pat. Right away, he kindly asked me what I wanted, chatted a bit, and he really felt and understood how life gets tough and offered the shop as a place for community and conversation. With little information, he gave me the cut I actually wanted. He made sure I liked it before I left and offered his condolences regarding my situation. Pat is a great barber with great customer service, but he was just an all-around nice guy. If this sounds like what you've been looking for in a barbershop, then this is the shop you need to go to! Pat was my barber, but I'm sure whoever you get, you will be satisfied when you leave.
