I had a great experience at Redefined Beauty. I went in for waxing and the service was professional and comfortable. Mona was AMAZING. Super professional, fast, and made me feel completely comfortable the whole time. I got a Brazilian, full leg wax, and underarms done so efficiently without feeling rushed at all. She’s clearly very skilled and knows exactly what she’s doing. Highly recommend booking with Mona!

Tina was the one who threaded my eyebrows, and it was my very first time getting them done. Although the plan had originally been to thin out my thick eyebrows, she remained steadfast and opposed it, assuring me that I was beautiful and that my eyebrows suited my face and that thinning them out wouldn't suit me, and she was very much right and she sensed that i too was not fully confident in that decision. She made me feel confident and put in the time and effort to make sure I left the boutique feeling my best and looking like it too. I noticed other customers being treated the same way by other employees, and all of them leaving with big smiles, saying wishes for the holidays and thanking the girls profusely for their work. Just goes to show how wonderful the staff are and how impeccable their work is. Keep up the good work! Can't wait to come again!
