I booked with Robert at the end of December having been recommended by a family member I was visiting. I live in London but struggling to find an affordable stylist there! I have naturally curly hair and rarely find a stylist who can cut curls well. I was delighted when the first thing Robert asked was if I’m happy to have a dry curl cut. He knew exactly how to manage my curls and listened to what I wanted. He was attentive and seemed to genuinely care about the cut. It’s the best hair cut I’ve had in years and I’m going to travel to Bristol to see him from now on! Very happy customer.

This was my first time here and I had a lovely warm welcome from Lauren. She did an amazing job at cutting and styling my hair. The salon is very bright and welcoming. I am delighted with my hair. It was a very pleasant experience and I enjoyed the hydration treatment too. Lauren was very knowledgeable and friendly and cut my hair as l asked for. The booking process was quick and easy. You can book online with short notice. I will definitely come back. Would recommend.

I was a little nervous going somewhere new, but my old hairdresser changed careers, so I was forced to! This salon is in a convenient location for me and I read that Rob is known for always listening to his client's requests, so I went with him. It was a very pleasant experience from beginning to end, everyone I spoke to was delightful and Rob was lovely. I came out at the end very pleased with the whole experience and my cut and blow dry. Will be going again for sure.

Had an appointment with one of their trainees which was overseen by the manager. Both of them were extremely professional, really considered what I wanted and what my hair needed. They did a great job despite a difficult head of hair in front of them and definitely my favourite hairdressers. I hardly ever have my hair properly done but out of maybe 8 hairdressers they are by far the best. The different materials they use are definitely a higher quality and most importantly, not only is the manager great, even the people they're training are great. I had a fade shave on one side and my main head layered and they beautifully fixed my awful home done haircuts. What really stood out is; the attention they paid to my actual hair, how it would look with the way I style it, taking out uneven layers and damage and how personable they were. It really felt like we were working together and they were super patient with any concerns or questions about other hair related things. If you see this, thank you very much for the cut and excellent service. I feel much more comfortable going to professionals now

Kaci is honestly amazing!! After my regular hairdresser moved away, I was so nervous about trying someone new, but she made me feel welcome from the second I walked in. She has such a warm and friendly personality that instantly puts you at ease. Not only is she incredibly talented, but she really listens to what you want and makes sure you leave feeling your absolute best. I felt so comfortable with her, and we ended up chatting for hours like we’d known each other forever. The whole experience felt relaxed, fun, and genuinely enjoyable. I walked out feeling so much more confident and happy with my hair it honestly made such a difference to how I feel. You can tell she truly cares about her clients and takes pride in what she does. I would 100% recommend anyone to go to her. If you’re looking for someone who is professional, lovely, and amazing at what she does, Kaci is your girl! 💇♀️✨
