After using Reflections in Knowle, Bristol for many years, now living in Cheltenham, this was my first visit to Brockworth Reflections and I wasn't disappointed. First, I was able to book easily online. Second, I mistakenly arrived late for my appointment but the staff kindly accommodated me as best they could for a later appointment. Third, Shanice, my stylist, made sure she understood exactly what I wanted done before starting any cutting. Fourth, Shanice was kind and gentle when cutting my hair, checking in with me, again, clarifying that I was happy with her process. Five stars for the staff and Company. When you visit a Reflections you know the high level of service you're getting. Well done Reflections for your training and processes and thank you Shanice. See you in May.

Shanice was lovely and extremely knowledgeable and helpful regarding my hair texture, how to style it and the upkeep of my hair also what will suit me. Went in for a wash cut and blow dry and I will defo be going back, love the result! Also the salon is very aesthetic.

An exceptional salon where all the staff are so friendly and welcoming. I’m here every 4 weeks to get my hair cut by the most amazing stylist Esme. A lovely atmosphere and drinks always offered. My hair is very short and Esme knows exactly how I like it, it brightens my day to chat with her and get the perfect haircut every time. Her care and lovely service along with the other girls create a wonderful salon.
