Went to the spa last week was nicely greeted at the door by Alex and yev the girls at the front desk brook and Sam were really nice Debora gave the best message ever !! We got lunch at the restaurant the food was really good and Ashley was a great server We also got a delicious latte from yumna at the Caffé

I just had one of the most rejuvenating, restorative, and re-energizing massages of my life with Jolanta at Reflections Spa inside the stunning Grand Cascades Lodge. I booked a 50-minute massage and it honestly felt like five minutes — that’s how deeply relaxed I was. At one point I felt like I completely drifted off and came back refreshed, grounded, and renewed. Jolanta has truly magical hands. Her touch is absolutely perfect — intuitive, balanced, and incredibly skilled. You can immediately tell she is a master of her craft. Every detail was spot on: the room temperature was perfect, the music was set at just the right volume, the lighting was calming, and the massage bed was perfectly warmed. The hot stones were an amazing addition and elevated the entire experience to another level. This massage was so good that I’m genuinely considering coming back tomorrow for a 100-minute session. If you’re looking for a therapist who truly knows what she’s doing and delivers a next-level experience, Jolanta is it. Highly, highly recommend.
