Customer Reviews for Refresh Med Spa

Devin, Jena and staff are all wonderful! So kind and listen to their patients. And always follow up with me after services!! I went in for my annual filler appt, requesting a full syringe. Devon recommended only a half syringe and she was definitely right! Could’ve easily charged me extra $$ for a full syringe like I asked for… but ultimately knew what was best for the natural results I wanted! The new office is beautiful and clean. I won’t go anywhere else!

Kortney Phillips — 5/5 (via Google) Oct 31, 2025

I can’t say enough about the Refresh team! I had microneedling, Botox, and lip filler done at Refresh MedSpa and couldn’t be happier with my experience! The staff was incredibly professional and made me feel completely comfortable from start to finish. Everything was explained clearly, and the atmosphere was so clean and relaxing. My results look natural and refreshed — exactly what I wanted. The microneedling left my skin glowing, my Botox looks smooth but not frozen, and my lips are perfectly balanced. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending Refresh MedSpa to all my friends!

The best of the best! Devin is so kind, caring, personable, and undeniably incredible at what she does. The staff at Refresh are attentive, friendly, and so supportive. I’m always so incredibly happy with my results, and have continued to seek treatment at Refresh for 5 years. The best around!

I booked a facial with Erin and it was amazing! From the moment I walked in I felt welcome and at ease. The staff is SO friendly. Erin took the time to explain the process to me, answer my questions, and made sure I was comfortable. My skin has never felt better. It was truly refreshing and a great experience. I highly recommend Refresh to anyone needing some 'me time!
