Customer Reviews for Refreshingly New

Refreshingly New is THE best. She (Mary Beth) always takes time to explain anything I have questions about. Because of her medical background and all of her experience she’s able to explain the medical side of any procedure I’m curious about. Her main focus is to always help me get the results I want, while always keeping my health and what’s best for me and my body in mind. She’s truly a professional and makes me feel very comfortable and relaxed throughout it all. Not only is she great at skincare and all things involved in the industry, she’s a great person. I’ll always be a Refreshingly New loyal customer!

Have always been very pleased with my results. Mary Beth makes you feel comfortable, she explains your treatment process in depth and does excellent work. Thank you, Mary Beth! ♥️

I don’t usually leave reviews because I’m not good at putting my thoughts into words, especially when it’s for a positive experience/good review. However, Refreshingly New deserves all the credit they deserve!! Before finding Mary Beth I gave another company a couple of tries thinking I wasn’t happy with the results because I was being too picky. From the very first visit, Mary Beth has taught me that it’s okay to be picky, or ‘know what I want’ rather. She takes the time to explain thoroughly, answer my silly questions, and most importantly she takes the time to get the to know me. Her team checks in days later to make sure customers are happy and satisfied. Refreshingly New is set up so cute and comfortable. Going on your lunch break? They’ve got you covered with a Topo Chico and granola bar. Stopping by after a long day at work? Grab a Coke from the mini fridge before getting that relaxing facial! I’ve learned that when it comes to our face and body, don’t shop around for prices. Look for someone with knowledge, patience, and PASSION. Mary Beth has all of that, and more. 😍

I’ve come to Refreshingly New for a facial and multiple IV therapy treatments and each time has been great! Mary Beth and staff are kind, professional and go above and beyond to make sure you’re comfortable and happy with your procedure. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable, professional and safe place for aesthetics.

I love this place. Mary Beth is my spirit animal. Everyone here is so welcoming and there is ZERO pressure to get anything done - it’s a laid back atmosphere. This is the first place I’ve been where they tell you the costs before anything is done, because they truly care about your peace once you leave - and you know what I mean. There are also some kind of magical cookies at the front that Jesus hand delivers right before I show up. Give this place a chance you you will never be disappointed ♥️♥️♥️
