I originally went in for my brows and ended up meeting Gracie, who I cannot thank enough. After having a nail debridement surgery months ago (cleared by my doctor), I’ve been turned away by almost every nail tech in CT. No one wanted to touch my nails because of the regrowth. Gracie didn’t flinch. She listened, understood, and said she could help with the overgrowth repair. She carefully cleaned and restored my nail, making sure everything was done safely and beautifully. For the first time in months, I felt human again — I literally wanted to cry from relief. On top of that, her kindness and professionalism made the whole experience so comforting. And the prices? Super budget-friendly without sacrificing quality. If you’ve been looking for someone who knows what they’re doing and treats you with respect, go see Gracie. She’s a gem in Waterbury. 💅✨

So me and my mother went to this nail salon to get our nails done for the first time at this place, the lady’s were very nice, very friendly and did my nails exactly how I wanted it, the lady even made a few mistakes and fixed it right away, I would definitely recommend for people to come here, me and my mom were very pleased.
