I’ve been going to relaxation since July and I love it. I normally get a girl named Vivi who does my nails and she is amazing. I get so excited when she does them. She only takes about an hour to do SNS with extensions. I’ve never had a nail fall off. Everyone here is super nice. My nails are normally no more than $50.

Max is amazing as always! amazing job and great detail work!!! Honestly, almost every time I get my nails done I go home and I fix them a little bit but the last two times I got my nails done with Max they have been perfect! I highly recommend relaxation nail spa.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Cortland Relaxation Nail Spa is truly a gem. I’ve been coming here for over five years, and I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my nails, my self-care, or my daughter’s salon experiences. Max has been doing my nails for all these years, and his attention to detail, creativity, and genuine care always blow me away. He takes pride in his work and wants his clients to leave not just satisfied, but happy. On the rare occasion that something needs fixing, he’s quick to help and never makes you feel bad for asking. Thanks to him, I constantly get compliments on my nails — they’re consistently some of the best-looking sets around. Lisa is another absolute treasure. She does my pedicures, massages, and still does my daughter’s nails. She even did my daughter’s very first manicure and pedicure when she was little — and I’ll never forget how she painted my daughter’s doll’s nails right alongside her, with the same care and attention. She’s patient, kind, and always gives 100% in everything she does. Every single tech I’ve encountered here is talented and professional. If you ever need anything adjusted, all you have to do is ask. Whether it’s Eva, Summer, Max, or anyone else — they’re kind, understanding, and committed to making sure you leave feeling great. The spa itself is spotless — the cleanest salon I’ve ever been to. It’s a place that feels calm, welcoming, and genuinely relaxing. It’s upsetting to see negative reviews from people who didn’t even allow the staff to finish their work — especially when this team bends over backward to make things right. I hope anyone considering this salon gives them the chance they absolutely deserve. Cortland Relaxation Nail Spa is filled with talented, hard-working people who care deeply about their clients. They’ve earned every bit of my loyalty — and then some.

I will say out of all the places in Ithaca/lansing/Cortland area, this is the only place that meets my needs! I get ingrown toenails very easily (and frequently) due to my funny shaped toe nails. I request Kevin every time because he is not afraid to dig down the sides to not only get out any ingrown toenails, but also trim the sides to prevent future ones. Anyone who gets ingrown toenails regularly knows that removing them is never a pain free experience; however, Kevin checks on me constantly to ensure real pain isn’t being caused. He takes his time and ensures quality work, but is also efficient with his time. I can’t recommend him enough! His massages are always relaxing with just the right amount of pressure. I get pedis more out of care for my feet than relaxation/pampering, but I always leave ready for a nap. The establishment is not spotless, but it’s one of the cleanest I’ve ever experienced in our area. Everything is organized, staff are polite and prompt, and the longest I have ever had to wait (I am usually a walk in) is less than 10 minutes! The prices are very competitive and Kevin ensures that you get what you pay for and more! I highly recommend getting a pedi here, especially from Kevin!!!!

First time here and had a great experience. Pedicure was done by Kyle, he was gentle and did an awesome job. Summer did my UV get nails full set $60 with 2 ring finger designs for $5 for both. Complimentary back massage in the chair felt great. Her work was very clean and precise. Def would recommend! The entire experience was great and will be coming back here again.
