I’ve been going to Removery in New York for my tattoo removal, and I specifically visit the Williamsburg location. I have to say — Brandon and Genesis are absolutely amazing. I’ve honestly visited almost every tattoo removal studio in the city, so I don’t say this lightly when I say they are the best. I honestly left Removary Clinic in Williamsburg completely speechless. From the moment I walked in, I was treated with such professionalism, warmth, and genuine kindness that it instantly put me at ease. The staff made me feel so welcome — not like just another client, but like someone they truly cared about. My tattoo removal journey hasn’t been easy. I started it back in London in 2016, and unfortunately I was left with some scarring and traces of ink still visible. Because of that experience, I know exactly what poor versus excellent treatment looks like — and the difference here is night and day. I had a wonderful experience at Removery Tattoo Removal & Fading. From the moment I arrived, the environment felt clean, professional, and welcoming. My technician, Genesis, was absolutely amazing. She was incredibly patient, took the time to answer all of my questions, and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire laser process. I never felt rushed or dismissed, and her calm, reassuring presence truly made a difference. The Williamsburg, Brooklyn location is exceptional. I highly recommend coming here for your treatments. The Staff are amazing people and truly care for their patients. This is the first time I’ve truly felt that the treatment process is being handled the way it should be. I’m genuinely grateful to be here—it’s a significant improvement from where I was previously.
