I did not as much have an experience with Removery as much as I had with Alli, with whom I scheduled my appointment and did my intake. Boy... do I have good things to say about Alli!! I met Alli at Removery back October 15, 2025... Firstly, she is well-suited for such a potentially sensitive environment as that which can be associated with tattoo removal, as it can oftentimes involves intimate details and areas. Her smile and warmth set you right at ease as you enter. Then, no hesitation or waiting around while your anxiety or embarrassment creeps up - she welcomes you back to a private room right away once you're checked in. In my case, I had very bad eyeliner tattoo work that I had left "uncovered" for my consult, and I really hoped nobody else would see me. And nobody did. Thirdly, Alli really listened to my case, needs, hopes and expectations. Upon realizing I had a case that they could not work on (eyes,) she immediately, gently and sweetly informed me that they unfortunately could not help me. She seemed to genuinely care about my case and to genuinely feel bad for having to turn away my case. She ended with a promise that she will find someone to help me. READY FOR THIS?? Today, February 28, 2025, she texts me 4½ months later, to tell me she found and vetted someone who could help me. She reviewed a case online and thought of lil' ol' me from the previous autumn. I am BEYOND touched and thanked her profusely. She explains - her words - "When I tell people I will do something I really mean it 💓" WHO DOES THAT??? ALLI DOES, that's who!!! Folks, ask for Alli! Removery, give Alli a promotion and a raise and every opportunity! Or... Recruiters, headhunt Alli!!!

From the very begining the ladies here have been the best. Amanda and Alli have help me thru this process. I had heard so many rumors about the discomfort and scaring and these ladies assured me I would not experience either. Truth, the process is a little uncomfortable but not painful. My tattoo was located on my ribs. The laser felt like a rubber band popping me multiple times. Amanda joking with me as and me seeing the results made the treatments well worth it. Put on lotion cause she will let you know you are not.doing your healing any justice. I got the complete removal package because it woukd allow for me to have unlimited treatments until my tattoo was gone. Iveal I am happy with the result and the price. I have a few more treatments left and I will be complete. My journey started a year ago. Thank you Amanda, Alli and Removery.

Love the staff at this location. They are so kind and professional. I’ve been in the process of removal and have bounced around locations for over 10 years with Removery and let me say that Amanda is their GEM! She really knows what she’s doing and how to remove them effectively without hyperpigmentation. (Which I had issues with in the previous years) but she did AMAZING work on my final two. It just helps that she’s a doll to be around. Thanks Removery! ❤️

I had the best experience with my microblading removal session. Both Alli and the laser tech whose name escapes me were exceptionally kind, talented, and easy to talk to. They answered all my questions and made me feel comfortable throughout the whole process. I think the price is reasonable and didn’t feel pressured at all. They set good expectations and my ink is mostly gone after one session. Thank you ladies!

I go to the Arlington, TX location. Alli was extremely detailed and helpful during my consultation. She is good with scheduling or rescheduling me for my next appointments & is always flexible & considerate of my busy schedule. Amanda takes great care of me during my tattoo removal sessions. She takes her time & is very thorough. She makes me feel very comfortable! I am so glad I decided to come to this Removery in Arlington because I did have a couple other consultations prior & I just felt the most comfortable here. Would definitely recommend!
