I absolutely love the people and services here! The cryotherapy has truly changed my life — in ways I never thought possible. For as long as I can remember, I’ve hated my legs. I would go out of my way to hide them, no matter how hot it was outside. But after starting cryotherapy treatments on my legs, everything changed. The results have been incredible — so much so that I’m confidently wearing skirts and dresses again! I can’t thank the team enough for helping me feel this good in my own skin. If you’ve ever struggled with body confidence or just want to feel amazing from the inside out, I can’t recommend this place enough!

I love this spa! I began coming here May 2025 as a way to lower my postpartum BP naturally. I said a prayer and searched for "sauna" and Renewed Med Spa popped up! I went there and received a tour by the lovely spa staff and was impressed by their spa services. The hydration massage bed is so relaxing. The full body massage chair feels so nice on the stretching setting. The red light machine has so many benefits. (My family has used red light therapy for years for hair growth, skin problems, bug bites, colds/flu, cysts, joint pain, injuries, and bloating to name a few.) The sauna is just as great for the body and helps tremendously with detoxing, stress relief, and has helped with BP! The first time I used the slim capsule, my jeans fit easier the very next day. I decided to try on some clothes I was giving away because they didn't fit and they fit, too! I decided to go with a membership that included cryo facials. The cryo helped firm my postpartum fullness in my face/neck. An added bonus was that I noticed my smile lines and line in between my eyebrows was significantly less noticeable. I recently changed my membership to include microneedling which I had been told by someone that it is the best service a person can have for their skin. It has helped my postpartum neglected skin so much. My pores are smaller and my skin is smoother and clearer. The environment is peaceful and relaxing and the spa specialists are all so very nice and sweet. They are such pleasant people to be around! Oh, how could I have forgotten the hydration capsule?! It is so, so relaxing with the benefit of light therapy. I want to let the husbands and wives and parents understand that the services offered at this spa are valuable to your health. Stress reduction is critical for healthy organs, especially cardiovascular function. At this spa, you can reduce stress and heal ailments naturally. It's amazing the difference it makes in not just health, but in day-to-day life. After going to the spa, life seems a little easier/ less stressful. I would definitely give them a try. Spouses and parents, be sure to make time for each other to attend the spa as a means to reduce stress, prevent health problems, and improve health. It is much better than the money poured out on prescriptions and doctor visits. I definitely want to note that I have been to at least 5 different dermatologists in my life and none of them have helped me like the wonderful skin specialists at Renewed Med Spa. I am just so grateful I went and checked them out when I did!
