Wow- fantastic experience. I did red light and cryogenic therapy. I felt so " alive" afterwards. Today felt more alert and less aches. Slept good too. Can't wait to try again. Read up on it too- research is there. Try it ! Place is spotless and staff efficient and informative ( ice booth- think big freezer and red light panels)

The ladies at Restore Wellness were very courteous, friendly and helpful. They gave me tour of the facility and explained all the services they offer. Caitlin, the nurse, was super helpful and patient. Their services have a lot of benefits if you're just looking to improve your health or even drop a few pounds. I will definitely be returning.

Symphony provided an exceptionally detailed tour of the services and took the time to explain everything clearly, answering all of my questions with patience and confidence. Her customer service was outstanding—very attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on making sure I felt comfortable and informed throughout the visit. Kaitlin—wow! Her professionalism and knowledge were amazing, and she was also incredibly warm and welcoming. I had an amazing experience on my first visit. While the prices are a little over my budget at the moment, this will definitely be my first choice to invest in my health when my budget allows. It would be great if FSA payments were accepted.

The team at this location is the best!! The facility is clean, so many great wellness options, and they’re always willing to get you in for a session/accommodating! Not to mention the pricing is extremely reasonable. Could not recommend Lake Nona restore enough.
