I have been a member since July of 2025 and absolutely love Restore! I originally came for cryo therapy, but have since started to use many of their other therapies such as red light, infrared sauna and compression. I try and use one day a week as a spa day of sorts, where I do a couple different therapies to help with workout recovery and to maintain metabolic health while training and cutting calories. Very much glad that I gave this a try.

Everybody is just so kind and so warm and welcoming. And are really good about explaining the services and any of the nutrients that I'm getting in my IV drip. I enjoyed the red light therapy, the cryo, the sauna and the IV . I always feel better about myself and life every time I leave there. This place adds pep to my steps. 👍

I had the most wonderful experience at Restore in Bedford New Hampshire today! From the moment I walked in, both Natalia and Andrew made me feel completely welcomed and cared for. The atmosphere is clean, relaxing, and beautifully designed — the perfect balance of medical professionalism and spa-like comfort. The staff are incredibly knowledgeable, attentive, and kind. They took the time to explain every step of my treatment, answered all my questions, and made sure I was comfortable throughout. I really appreciated how personalized the care felt — they listened to my goals and tailored the treatment plan to what would benefit me most. I plan to be visiting often and will be trying many of the wonderful treatments they offer.

This was my first visit to Restore Hyper Wellness, at the Bedford, NH location and I’m so glad I decided to try it! From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcome and comfortable. They took the time to explain each service in detail, answer all my questions, and make sure I understood what to expect. The space is clean, bright, and inviting, and I felt completely at ease throughout my appointment. I tried IV drip, which consisted of all the vitamins B. I could already feel a difference afterward, more energy, less tension, and an overall sense of rejuvenation. For a first-time experience, it exceeded my expectations in every way. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending Restore Hyper Wellness to my friends and family!
