The staff at restore UES 69th is the best staff at a wellness spa I’ve ever encountered. Everyone is incredibly kind and friendly. With a lot of personalized treatment options, I always feel supported.

Compression was incredibly helpful. I am a long distance runner with varicose. The compression boots felt great. Used the hip compression(i’m sure this is not what it’s called) for my piriformis soreness, and it was definitely uncomfortable during treatment, but seemed to significantly improved after. Cryo is always awesome. I sleep like a baby and I feel untouchable the next day.
