My first time visiting here, the staff are very welcoming, kind and friendly. Sophie did a phenomenal job with my hair, she was gentle around my piercings and explained what she was doing to achieve my desired look. She also gave me some advice for hair care and styling: very knowledgeable!

Amazing experience at Restore Your Look Saloon! I went in feeling nervous for a colour and cut, but brought a reference photo and the results were nearly identical (any difference was just down to my natural hair texture, not their work!). Sophie, the new stylist, did such a great job — she really listened and delivered exactly what I wanted. The wash and relaxing head massage were such a treat too! I always come here and will definitely keep going. The only suggestion I’d make is introducing a “refer a friend” offer — it would be a lovely little bonus for loyal clients who are always recommending you!

Thank you to Ally for a thoughtful and professional facial. She is knowledgeable, attentive and clearly takes pride in her work. I especially appreciated how careful and considerate she was. Clients don’t always return for all sorts of reasons, but the quality of care was evident and she should feel absolutely confident in the standard she’s delivering.
