Massage was for my daughter’s 21st birthday. when I booked the surprise for her, I told the staff that it was for her and she had been there before. I was told they had to put it underneath my name, but they would note that it was for my daughter, and took her name. My daughter said that everybody kept calling her my name. She just gave up and let them. The massage was a bit rough, but she said it was ok. She loves massages. Facial was good. I don’t know if there’s a different way that you guys can work out your system so that it’s not so confusing ? last time her and I came for facials, things got screwed up because they couldn’t put it under separate names they put underneath my name and then my appointment got canceled Because the staff thought it was a duplicate. The plus was They were able to find somebody that was willing to stay and do my facial, but the whole point was for my daughter and I kinda do them together at the same time. I had to wait half an hour.

Camerin always does such a beautiful job with my daughter’s hair. The cut is clean, well‑defined, and suits her perfectly every time. You can tell she really pays attention to detail and takes pride in her work. We’re so grateful to have found her!

Jamie was recommended by one of the receptionists for her short hair skills and she performed above-and-beyond expectation as she successfully corrected an unintentional "rectangular" pixie mullet into a well-crafted cute funky feminine short-layered pixie suitable for fine thick hair, allowing movement, height and lovely wispy bangs and sideburns! She was knowledgeable and graciously answered all my questions and addressed all my concerns and was spot-on matching the picture of my intended goal. It was also very helpful that she had personally experienced the hairstyling challenges I shared with her, as I had no idea how to ask her to correct my current hairstyle other than show her a picture of a hopefully obtainable goal. I had allowed an 8-week hair growth so she would have enough to ease into correction and cheerfully allowed me to comment and approve (or suggest) changes during the whole process. She never made me feel rushed and was very encouraging and engaged in warm and engaging conversation.

Toni was so nice and super helpful. I went into the haircut and color, not knowing what I fully wanted, and she totally sat down and had a conversation with me and told me the logistics of what I wanted and suggested The best options that would be for me. She never once pressed me into talking during the haircut. Also, it was wonderful. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
