It was super fun and yes it's expensive but they treat you well! I loved getting my massage from Jamie there and they have great wine!

This place is EXTREMELY confusing when you walk in. I had no idea how to get in touch with anyone or check in. I am guessing they dont take walk-ins. The suites definately feel clostraphobic. The lady who did my hair was fantastic. I got a groupon but her normal charge is very reasonable. However, she was very rough with my scalp so it was definately not relaxing. I would go back just for the fact that she did such a wonderful job.

My stylist was late for my appointment, but I did not have to wait long. I was given a really nice arm massage during my shampoo. The haircut was fantastic and I left looking great. The quality of the haircut for the price was well worth it. The stylist also took the time to explain good ways to style my hair at home. They try very hard to push their products.

I always have a great experience at Cottonwood. I especially appreciate Jamie for her expert advice, and the care she takes to cut my hair in the most flattering style for me. She has always taken the time to listen to my particular hairdo challenges and help me with solutions. After about the 3rd time Jamie cuts your hair, you'll consider her a friend and look forward to seeing her every few weeks!
