Reviv MedSpa is excellent. The staff is professional and knowledgeable, the doctor (Gayle Misle, MD) is fantastic. I have been getting my Botox from Dr. Misle for over four years now and have been very happy with her and with Reviv MedSpa overall! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I’m a Las Vegas local and flew to Millbrae specifically to see Dr. Misle, MD. It's so worth it. I had ~50 units total (upper face, lip flip, and neck Botox). Dr. Misle is a true perfectionist and personally did the injections. He clearly explained placement and expectations, was honest about what I didn’t need, and never upsold. Results are subtle and natural, and my face still moves, nothing toooo frozen. I started seeing results around day 4 or 5 and they fully settled by two weeks. The clinic is clean, calm, and zen with easy parking, and it’s conveniently located in Millbrae minutes from SFO. Appointments ran on time, and pricing was transparent and fair for Peninsula standards. Perfect for neurotoxin first timers and subtle results lovers. 👌

Amazing spa to meet all your needs from B-12 shots, facials, Botox and all the latest medical services for overall wellbeing. All the staff is amazing and Dr. Misle is amazing. So professional and on top of all the latest treatments. Megan and Kelly are also amazing. Just love this spa, their staff and treatments ♥️

I had an outstanding experience with Dr. Misle. I went for filler and laser treatments, and couldn’t be happier with the results. Dr. Misle took the time to listen to my goals, and make sure I was comfortable throughout the whole process. A concern I had in using fillers was whether it would look natural. The results were completely natural, refreshed, not overdone. The entire staff was kind, professional, and welcoming, making the whole visit a pleasure. I highly recommend the office, for anyone looking for a physician who genuinely cares about both results and personal experience.
