can’t recommend this quaint spa house enough. I’ve been going to Root Whole Body for over a year now, and I’m still just as obsessed as day one. Spending time in the sauna and tea room multiple times a week has truly brought peace, clarity, and a sense of reset into my routine. Every massage and facial I’ve received has been incredible, and the soaking bath is such a perfect option for deep relaxation and detox. I am also obsessed with the cafe inside! The food is amazing 🤩 One of my favorite recent additions to the space has been Savannah. She brings such a beautiful layer of comfort and positivity to the spa. Every time I walk in and see her at the front desk, she greets me with the brightest, cheeriest energy; she genuinely makes my day better. She’s amazing at helping me curate the perfect half-day spa packages and always prioritizes my needs. Savannah consistently goes above and beyond to ensure I leave feeling happy, cared for, and completely taken care of. This spa is my favorite in all of Portland! They have amazing yoga classes that include access to their sauna and tea room. They have a lovely spa menu and naturopathic care that gives full well rounded holistic care. Not to mention their cafe which is so delicious and healthy!

She provides individual help to anyone struggling with a particular movement or position. The music, candles, and soothing introductory meditation enables participants to be fully engaged in meaningful group and self involvement.
