This was my first cut and colour experience and zahra was fantastic - she kept me informed with what she was doing and using the whole way through. A perfectionist, who uses fantastic products to guarantee healthy, great looking hair. An amazing hairdresser. Would recommend to everyone!

I needed my colour evening up due to a not so great bleaching on my hair elsewhere in town but I still wanted to be bright. Roots is a lovely little salon which gives a more personal experience which I love. Zahra is also lovely, very knowledgeable, so I knew my hair was in safe hands and she has done a fantastic job on my hair! Highly recommended.

Amazing experience at Roots Hair Salon. For years, I’ve been so scared to go to the hairdressers after an awful experience but Zahra was absolutely fabulous. So friendly and knowledgeable. I asked her so many questions and she was happy to give me her opinion without forcing me into buying products or other services like at most well known hairdressers. She truly wanted the best for my hair and to make sure I left happy. I’m so pleased with the results of the Brazilian Blowdry. I can’t believe the difference in the condition of my hair. I wish I’d had it done sooner! Thank you Zahra for looking after me so well

I have recently moved to the area and was looking for a hairdresser so messaged Zahra after reading these reviews. I can honestly say all of the reviews are spot on and I’m so glad I found Roots through them! Zahra really spent the time to listen to what I wanted, go away and work on it and then deliver a great service with lovely, premium products. I’m so happy with my hair and would recommend anyone book in for a chat if you want a great hair transformation.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had an amazing experience at Roots Hair Salon! Summer & Zara are absolutely incredible—they’re both warm, attentive, and truly skilled at what they do. Summer took the time to listen to exactly what I wanted and delivered results even better than I imagined. My hair has never looked or felt this good! The salon itself is clean, welcoming, and relaxing. I highly recommend Roots and especially Summer if you’re looking for someone who genuinely cares and pays attention to every detail. I’m already excited for my next appointment!
