I arrived early and was taken right away which was helpful because I had a very busy day and other things to do afterwards! The receptionist was very polite and friendly, did her due diligence to offer me products and pre-book me (WTG), and the person who did my waxing, Kenice was so gentle and lovely and concerned about if she got everything and how I was feeling about it. Because I'll be traveling soon I asked her to wear a mask (cuz, you know, it's VERY close quarters during a lip wax!) and she put one on without hesitation which was awesome. Price for a lip wax tho: $25!? Am I out of line saying that's wicked expensive? Still gave them 5 stars bc honestly service industries continue to struggle.

Matilda was my stylist today for a cut and color. This was my first time working with her and I wasn't disappointed. We had great conversation, she was personable and made me feel very comfortable. Let me not forget to mention she nailed my hair color and I absolutely love my hair cut! Looking forward to working with her again in the near future.

I've been seeing Adria at the Tosa location I believe about a year and a half now. More recently we have had lots of fun with my hair. In September (9/7) she did some stunning "fashion" color with low lights brining the rest of my hair back to its more natural color since it became fairly light from all the sun over summer. Today (10/13) I went in for their charity cut program and was going to go for a more subtle curtain bang but I trust her with my hair and told her you know what let's just do it! I really liked the look of the fuller shorter version in the examples I should her and gave her full verbal consent to just CHOP! Freaking love it! She took just a baby trim from the overall length which is so hard to find someone that can do that! Now I did not have damaged hair so length was not needed - some folks need more removed for certain reasons I barely ever actually need length but just like that baby trim to have a fresh end and even things out since hair doesn't grow out even!! That being said my hair is so much lighter it was kind of all one length and I have very thick hair so went with layered/shag like style and woah so much better! Adria also does a great job with her consultations I highly recommend adding that onto your appointment honestly every time to really be able to talk through the process no matter the service since she really takes the time to talk it out and make sure your on the same page. (Another piece for example was I had just washed my hair the day before and with fashion colors the less you wash the better and I'm really a 6-8 day hair wash girlie so we discussed her just wetting it down versus fully washing it which I appreciated because I want my color to last as long as possible!)
