I got my nose pierced here and couldn’t have asked for a more calming, supportive experience. Perry was awesome! They patiently and thoroughly answered my questions, curating a very mindful piercing space. Would recommend to other folks looking to get a piercing. A cute aftercare kit also included saline spray.

I recently went out to a restaurant, had a great time, and when I got home, I realized one of earrings was missing. It was a flat-back earring with a thin end, which must have slipped off at some point. I have also been wearing a Mejuri flat back for 2 years straight and never lost it. The end is thick and length adjusted to the ear lobe (as opposed to helix). I reached out to the store, and Mel was incredibly helpful. She’s not only replacing the earring but is also working to have the thin flat back replaced with a threaded end, so I don’t lose it again. The level of customer service has been beyond amazing. I’ve been a regular customer of Fiat Lux. This particular situation, all thanks to Mel, fills me with confidence to continue being their loyal customer. I’m so grateful for the help and can’t wait to wear my earring again!

I had a great experience with earlobe piercings here! I happened to walk in at a time when they had a cancellation. Manny was very friendly, patient with my questions, and knowledgeable. As an FYI, the cheapest earrings end up being close to 200 a piece, so a set of two piercings, posts, and earrings was over $500. It's a lot of money, but definitely felt worth it to me! It also helps to know that I can reuse these earrings for future piercings with Rose Gold, so next time will be a bit cheaper. Update: I came back for a cartilage piercing and had another great experience! Since I've already purchased the earrings, the cost of a single cartilage piercing and post was $65.

As someone who has been pierced 5 times previously, my interaction with the Rose Gold staff was one of the more positive experiences I have had to date. The front desk staff was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, kind, and worked closely with us to ensure my friend and I found the ideal pieces of jewelry to adorn our new piercings. We worked with the lovely guest piercer Stephanie Nordyke who was equally knowledgeable, comforting, and precise. Not to mention, both Rose Gold and it's sister store Fiat has a vast, unique, high quality jewelry options! Thank you all for the positive, fun experience in our impulsive visit!
