This review is long overdue, as i've been going to Chelsea for years now, to the many shops she's been to. All the ink you see here is her work, and every time i go to see her she blows away my expectations! if you come in with an idea, she will run with it and make it awesome every time! I highly recommend Chelsea to anyone and everyone, and will continue to go back to her for any work i need done! 1000/10 would recommend
