Where do I start???? This place is what Charleston needed and didn't have enough sense to ask for it! Amazing does not even begin to describe my experience. The atmosphere is calm and relaxing, the floor plan is open but still able to lend some privacy for services. Spotless. The staff was kind and happy, which makes a huge difference and it wasn't a fake happy, they were all very genuine in their handling of each patron. If you enjoy adult beverages they offer several different wine options, including sparkling wine. If you don't indulge they do have water available as well. It was an indulgent experience and well worth the pricing structure. Treat yourself and splurge on the "Royal Pedicure". Notice to all you other nail spas, STEP YOUR GAME UP! Royal Nails is here now, you should be scared. Their customer service alone is going to have the better half of Charleston getting their nails, lashes, and waxing done here. The only drawback is the parking because it shares space with Outback and a liquor store but even if you have to park across the street, do it! You don't wanna miss this experience!
