Lisa is absolutely wonderful. She is so kind and caring, and always takes the time to really listen to my daughter and understand her needs. From the moment we arrive, she makes her feel welcome, comfortable and relaxed. Throughout the appointment, Lisa checks in with her and makes sure she’s happy with everything, which makes such a difference. She always does an amazing job with her hair, and my daughter leaves every time with a big smile on her face. Second time visiting Rosie. Feel like I’ve known her for years now. Absolute amazing service and atmosphere, not once will you ever feel out of place. Rosie has gave me a skin fade and textured crop twice in a row now and fair to say I’ve never felt so good about my hair like I do now. If you’re a bloke, looking to visit. Amazing, this was my third visit, Michelle is always very professional and attentive. Love the colour of my hair. She cuts the length to exactly how I like it. So glad I found Rumours when I moved into the area!

From the very beginning, I really enjoyed our conversation - Michelle truly understood what I wanted and made me feel confident in her expertise. Today I had my balayage and cut done, and I’m so happy with the result! The outcome is beautiful, and I really appreciate that she worked in a way that minimises long-term damage to my hair. She also gave me some great advice on how to care for it moving forward. I’m very pleased with the whole experience and have already booked my second visit.

Wow what a fantastic experience I had today with Michelle. She was amazing she talked me through my worries and what I had in mind she put me at ease.
