I’ve been going to Jess at Rush East Grinstead for my hair for the past few years, and I honestly can’t imagine trusting anyone else. She has completely transformed the way I feel about my hair—especially when it comes to colour. Jess has an incredible eye for tones that suit me perfectly, and she always manages to keep my colour looking vibrant, natural and glossy. One of the biggest transformations Jess has helped me with was my journey from blonde to a much richer, darker red. It was a big change, but Jess guided me through it with so much care and expertise. She took the time to understand the look I was going for and made sure each step of the transition felt right for me. The result has been stunning—my hair feels healthier, the colour is deep and dimensional, and I always feel confident leaving the salon having seen her. The other journey Jess has been an invaluable guide for is with extensions. From the very first consultation, she made me feel confident and excited about the process. She helped me choose the right type and length, and made sure the final result looked seamless and felt amazing. Her attention to detail and genuine care have made all the difference. Every appointment with Jess feels like a treat, she is a true professional who genuinely cares about her clients. I always leave her chair feeling fabulous, confident and like my hair goals have been perfectly articulated.

I’ve been a client for the past two years at Rush East Grinstead, and every visit has been perfect. From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with her genuine warmth and friendliness that instantly puts you at ease. Jess has an incredible ability to really listen to what you want, while also offering expert advice based on her deep knowledge of hair colour and styling. She always helps me find a colour and look that suits me—not just what’s trendy, but what works best for me. Her guidance is always spot-on, and I trust her completely with my hair.

My cousin and I booked consecutive appointments to have our hair done to attend a wedding. We arrived early and were seen immediately. Our stylist Poppy was wonderful and did a great job. We left earlier than expected to get ready. Shame we live in a different part of the country otherwise we both agreed we would become regular customers. 10/10

Such amazing stylists. Super clean salon with super friendly girls who all made me feel super welcome. My stylist, Jess, took the time to properly work out what I was wanting and also went over ideas as I was interested in getting my hair dyed in the new year. Highly recommend to all x

Jess and her team at Rush East Grinstead are an exceptional hair dressing team. After an unfortunate experience at another salon last year Jess stepped in to fix my blonde highlights and has successfully returned them back to what I consider a beautiful blonde. This team is so good that I travel in excess of two hours each time to visit the salon. As a busy person this should speak volumes for how talented the team are as it would be far easier to visit a local salon. Jess, Molly and all the whole Rush East Grinstead team highly deserve all the accolades they have recently received. Rush is a fantastic brand but simply put even though I trust Rush I hold the highest esteem for Rush East Grinstead and their team. You are in safe hands for whatever colour, cut, treatment you wish with them. This is not your average high street salon and is well worth a visit.
