Customer Reviews for Sage Massage & Acupuncture
St. Louis Dentist — 5/5 (via Google)
Excellent, professional experience. Abigail was exceptional and this was way better than a typical Massage Lux or Massage Envy type corporate chain. I drive from Granby for this, and it was well worth it. Thank you.

I went in for a deep tissue massage because I was having bad upper back and shoulder pain. Abigail was super nice and spent the full hour and fifteen minutes working on my shoulders and back. She was able to make my knots feel a lot better and smaller and I felt so much relief at the end of the session. Would definitely recommend and I will be going back!

Wow! Sage Acupuncture and Massage is a hidden gem in Grand Lake. Calm and welcoming ambiance with talented therapists. My massage and cupping with Spencer was fantastic! Her pressure was soothing and her intuition led her to all my areas asking for attention. Will definitely return for more bodywork.

Sage Massage is truly a gem and a staple here in Grand Lake. I’ve had the pleasure of receiving massages from both Sage and Abigale, and each experience has been incredible in its own way. Working with Sage is truly a gift — she is so intuitive, thoughtful, and deeply attuned to what your body needs. Every session feels intentional and healing. Abigale’s energy is unbelievably calming and gentle. I also booked a spa treatment with her, and it was such a peaceful, grounding experience. Abigale also worked with my mom, who was extremely stressed at the time, and it genuinely changed her life. The relief and calm she experienced afterward was profound, and we are so grateful for that care. Beyond the treatments themselves, the space is absolutely beautiful — welcoming, serene, and thoughtfully designed. From the moment you walk in, you feel at ease. We truly appreciate the work Sage and Abigale do and can’t recommend Sage Massage enough.

I came in for a 90 minute deep tissue massage with cupping with Spencer on 2/27/26 and cannot recommend her services highly enough. I had tweaked my back on the drive to Grand Lake to see skijoring. I could barely bend over when I arrived. My girlfriend had to help me put my boots on. Thankfully, they had a cancellation and I was able to get in first thing the next morning. After my massage, I felt so much better. I was able to enjoy the rest of the weekend watching skijoring and fishing. Thank you Spencer! I wish you were closer to where I live because I'd be a regular client.
