Lovely experience here. The gentleman who did my pedicure and foot massage was fantastic, he went above and beyond to ensure a relaxing and pampered experience. I also had the best full set I've gotten in years, I will definitely be coming back here from now on as my favorite spot. Everyone was very kind and welcoming as well.

My mother-in-law and I have been loyal customers for years, always coming in for pedicures. Recently, I started getting gel manicures too, and I'm so impressed with their service! After my birthday manicure, I chipped a nail the very next day and they fixed it free of charge. Then, when another nail broke just two days later, they not only repaired it but also shortened and retouched all my nails without charging me a dime. We absolutely love it here—they always remember us and make us feel so welcome and special.

As one could deduct from the wide variety of reviews, your experience here is entirely dependent upon who your nail tech is. I believe Tracy provides the most consistent, regularly excellent service and if you text her for an appointment, she will make sure she has you come in when she has time…otherwise you are likely to wait as many ask for her. I would go into an appointment with the expectation that there is a “Flex Time” of maybe 20th minutes depending on who you see. Again Tracy is the most consistent with being available at the times she sets. As far as the communication many have mentioned, I think some of the non verbal communication, tones and lack of responses can often be chalked up to cultural and language barriers. I’ve never seen anyone be overtly rude to a customer but I can see how it can come off as short. Tracy and Tony speak the best English there and will communicate your desires to your nail tech if they are struggling to understand what you are asking for. Both of Tracy’s parents give very good pedicures as well. Ask for Tracy and you won’t be disappointed!
