After seeing a recent review on here, I felt like I had to share my own experience because mine was the complete opposite! I’ve been to plenty of salons and honestly, the team at Saks have been some of the most professional and honest hairdressers I’ve come across. I came in for blonde colour work and they were upfront, explained everything clearly, and actually cared about the health of my hair. Instead of overpromising, they took the time to talk through what was realistic and what would look best as well as giving me some great advice. The result turned out beautiful — exactly the golden blonde I wanted — and my hair feels amazing. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and really knew what they were talking about. I’d much rather a hairdresser take the time to get it right than rush something just for the sake of it. Highly recommend these ladies. They really are blonde specialists, and I’m so glad I found them. 😊

When I first reached out to Saks Hair, Nicole responded and was so kind and comforting, assuring me she would be able to help. From that first message, I felt completely at ease and excited for my appointment. On the day, I was looked after by Marcee, who was absolutely incredible. She took me from box dye black to the most beautiful, rich brown – honestly the best colour I’ve ever had! Throughout the whole process, Marcee was so kind, professional, and made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. The atmosphere in the salon was amazing, with such positive and welcoming vibes. Between Nicole’s warm communication and Marcee’s incredible skill, the service was nothing short of outstanding. I couldn’t be happier with my hair and the overall experience – I’ll definitely be back!
