Got my hair done by Lydia yesterday, absolutely love it! Salon is lovely, friendly staff offer a nice cup of tea on arrival. Lydia did an amazing job, exactly what I was wanting, and her hair wash/head massage was very relaxing! She was friendly, striking a great balance of being chatty but also letting me relax and enjoy getting my hair done. Thank you!

I visited Ben for the first time after a colour went wrong elsewhere, and he completely transformed my hair! I was a bit nervous about seeing someone new, but Ben instantly put me at ease. He took the time to really understand what I wanted and explained how he was going to fix the colour. The result was a stunning, seamless balayage that was exactly what I was after. I’ve had so many compliments since and couldn’t recommend him more. Ben also recently cut my hair and he did an amazing job, talking me through everything and I left feeling my best. The whole team at the salon are really friendly and welcoming, always smiling, checking in and offering teas/coffees. Each visit has been a lovely experience and I can’t imagine going anywhere else now!

Tamzin has been cutting + colouring my hair for 2 years, can't recommend her skills more. Always a lovely, relaxing vibe in the salon - everyone is super friendly! And you get Lotus biscuits too which is obviously class. 🙌🏻

It was my first time at Saks at Hertford. I had a lovely experience today. My short hair was in a bit of a state and Sam was the man for the job. His welcome was friendly and warm. I was offered a drink which is always appreciated! The consultation was very informative and Sam was very knowlegdable giving me my options. He also gave great advice about shampoos, treatments, other services available and finishing products. I would definately recommend Sam. The salon was quite busy but relaxed. I visited the salon on Saturday for a transformation from blonde to chocolate brunette. Lydia was fantastic, she took time to look at the colour I was hoping to go to, explained the steps we needed to take to get there, and completely transformed my look. Everyone at the salon was extremely attentive and friendly, I had a lovely experience for my first visit. Thank you so much Lydia for making me feel so comfortable and making my hair amazing!! x
