When we moved to Jasper 22 years ago, friends recommended Amy Fountain Leake as a hairdresser. My appointments with Amy have always been wonderful - just chatting and laughing - while she worked her beautician magic. We have shared so many life stories. I have watched her grow into an amazing businesswoman. She bought her grandparents’ old home place just off Main Street and transformed it into the most darling salon. I nicknamed it “Steal Magnolias on steroids” - more stylists, more fun, and more energy!!! Amy has mentored and created a team of amazing stylists. Last year, she opened a barber shop, The Wall Street Barber, in our downtown area. Both of her businesses are soaring! The best way to describe Amy is “a ray of sunshine!” Thank you Amy for bringing your sunshine into my life and taking good care of me. Wishing you ALL THE BEST as you focus on being a team leader.
