I had such an amazing experience at Salon and Spa 511! From start to finish, the customer service was truly above and beyond. My facial appointment ran a bit behind schedule, but Sarah handled it so professionally and kindly. To make things right, she completely comped my 45-minute facial and booked me for a 60-minute full body massage, so I only paid for the massage. I was absolutely not expecting that level of generosity, and it really shows how much they care about their clients. Sarah was wonderful during my facial. She was incredibly knowledgeable, took the time to explain my skin to me, and even sent me home with products to help continue my skincare routine. I felt so taken care of. Sammy was my massage therapist, and wow! Best massage ever. It was my first massage, so maybe I’m a little biased, but it was truly amazing. I was completely relaxed and left feeling renewed and refreshed. I can’t recommend Salon and Spa 511 enough. Incredible service, kind staff, and such a calming experience. I’ll definitely be back!

Salon 511 has a great atmosphere. It's clean, bright, comfortable, and everyone there is very professional and competent in their abilities to give you the best hair you could dream of. I have very thick and curly hair with some frizz. Each time I walk out, my hair looks and feels healthy, smells AMAZING, and they make sure it's something you can manage when you get home, too! I have been going here for many years and will continue to for many years to come!

Love my color and cut! Karlie does a fantastic job! The only reason I gave a 4 is because I can no longer use my credit card nor debit card with being charged a fee. I feel the card processing fee is part of doing business and choosing to accept cards.

This is my 2nd time as a client and so far I love this salon. The service is top notch and was overall impressed with the treatment. I come out looking fabulous and Bria is the best. She is so friendly and does amazing work with my hair. This is the place for anyone wanting to look and feel fabulous!!!

My first time at Salon 511 was a phenomenal experience from start to finish. Stephanie set the tone immediately with top tier hospitality. She walked me through the salon, explained the services and product lines, and made everything feel welcoming and informative without even a hint of pressure. It felt genuine, not salesy, which I really appreciated. And then… Bria. The haircutting fairy godmother herself. ✂️✨ She actually listened. Like really listened. She asked thoughtful questions, made sure she understood exactly what I was hoping for, and didn’t rush a single part of the process. It has been so surprisingly hard to find someone with both high level skill and the patience to truly hear what you want, and she absolutely delivered on both. She’s incredibly talented, easy to talk to, and just an overall cool human. The final result you ask? Exactly what I envisioned. You can tell she’s intentional and detail oriented, and it shows in the finished product. I booked a color appointment before I even left because I genuinely cannot wait to see what she can do next. Hands down the best salon experience I’ve had in this area. 10 out of 10. Highly recommend Bria and the entire Salon 511 team.
